Welcome to the HP Community --
The printer is not aware of what it is printing.
If your intent is to change ONLY the text in a document, edit / change the font used in the original document (for example, Word document).
If you intent is to change the size of the overall print - change the Scale of the print.
HOW you do that depends on how you are submitting the content to the printer.
For example, Browser printing can usually be adjusted in print settings to Scale more or less than 100% (actual size).
General Example - Firefox Print job setup - includes "Scale" setting options
Firefox_Print_Web_Page_1
=====================================================
Windows > PDF > Reader DC offers several print scale settings -
For example,
Actual, Fitted, Custom, and Poster
Example - Adobe Reader DC - PDF - includes Page Sizing & Handling > Size
PDF_Reader_Main_Menu_Border_6
