Welcome to the HP Community.
Short Answer
Printer is unaware of what it is printing.
When submitted to the printer, the job includes all the data / content for the task, including the size of the fonts and other content.
Longer Answer
If the data is a saved file, the best you can when submitting the file for print is to Resize the job content (quite limited).
If you are printing content that you a taking from your Web Browser, make sure the Scale of that content is no larger than 100% even if (at that size) the content looks tiny on your phone / tablet screen.
If the format of the data is something you can open and edit,
Do open the Document in the appropriate Editor for the document type > Edit the format / font size > Save the file > Print
