Hi,
I bought a printer with 6 months free HP Instant Ink subscription on black friday, November 27th. I received it 2 days ago, December 2nd and I set it up today by installing android application and following the steps. At one point it gave me an error with a message something like "registration is failed, please try again later or complete through browser". I completed the enrollment on my computer without specifying promo code of which I was totally not aware.
Then I saw there is no promotion applied to my subscription, i started searching for it and realized I was supposed to enter a code during the enrollment. I've tried to remove & resubscribe with the code but it didn't accept the code.
Is there anyone who can help me with this? I would like to get it just like how it's promised.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
