HP 910 ink/toner

I was able to find HP-910XL Cyan at the store.
Now, I’m reading they “explode,” and should not by used if manufactured in Malaysia with expi date Oct 3022.
I haven’t installed it in my printer yet.  Should I go ahead and install them kor should I return them to the store?

Were it me, I'd return the ink.

Not me, so no argument to whatever you decide.
