Hi, I have an existing instant ink account, I have just brought a new printer which comes with 9 months free ink how do I take advantage of this as I pay monthly, do I cancel the account and start a new one?

Hi,

For the previous printer you would need to cancel the enrollment as following:

For the new printer, activate HP Plus as listed in below support document to take advantage of the free plan offer and the additional 1-year warranty:

 

Windows 10 or Mac computers:
