HP Envy Pro 6430
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I took delivery of my new HP Envy Pro 6430 on 8th December 2020, which came with a 4 month trial of Instant Ink. I followed the setup process but at no point could I see how I activated the free trial. I ended up subscribing to the 50-page plan to see if the trial then activated but it didn't. I still can't see the option anywhere. I awaited my welcome pack/initial ink delivery, thinking that perhaps there may be a code in the box to activate the 4-month free trial, but when it arrived on 15th December 2020 it didn't have any further information. I submitted a ticket (5058470621) to HP Support that day, but I still haven't had a response. I'm at a loss what else, as a customer, I'm supposed to do. Any ideas anyone?

Hi Jay. All sorted now. I finally got hold of someone. I had to send in evidence of my entitlement to the trial, which meant sending back HP the receipt they sent me for the printer I bought from them and on which it said I had a 4 months trial, which was all a bit bizarre (left hand/right hand) but in any event, all sorted.

Thanks for the offer of help though. Appreciated.
