Hi,

I moved for a few months from Israel the US. The cartridges that they sell here are 962, and do not fit my printer which accepts only 963 cartridges. 

I tried to **bleep**, but they would not support me because the printer is out of warrenty. 

I told them I do not need support. I just need the printer I bought to work with supplies I can buy in the country where I'm at.

So they sent me a link to the user manuals...

Apprecaite if anyone on this forum perhaps knows how to change the region and could help me out?

@Yuvv, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
