My Laserjet pro M252dw has problems after 5 years but with only 2.776 prints. 

Tech support from my local reseller 123inkt and another reseller point at the fuserunit. 

I know warranty is over, but after only 2,776 prints I think that not what I expect of a Laserjet PRO.

Can you PLEASE repair my printer (or send a fuserunit) out of coulance or liability (productaansprakelijkheid)?

Your print sample looks like a toner issue not a fuser issue. The magenta cartridge appears to be causing lines and your black might be bad as well. Is the toner well bonded to the page?

For reference:  I'm not sure what picture I've sent yesterday, so I added the second picture. This 4-pages-in-1 picture was meant to give you an overview. 

 

Your answer is the same as my reseller gave in the begining.

So we  have replaced all 3 color cartridges with new ones and still had comparable problems.

Then we changed ALL toner cartridges for the second time with new cartridges and the problem  stayed. 

The tech support concluded it is not the toner but the fuser unit. 

The 4-pages-in-1 picture I have sent is an older picture but gave a good overview. 

 

The 2-pages-in-1 print in the first picture underneath is made yesterday with 3 brand new original HP  color cartridges. The black cartridge is half full and didnt have problems before.

-The toner is "burned in the paper" so you can't wipe it off.  

-When you look carefully you can see blueish, redish and repeating horizontal stripes all over the paper (starting with the yellow band at the top). The second page has vertical greenish stripes all over the page.

-The black spots are recent (I did't see these before).

 

I hope you can help me with this.
