I have always ordered HP toner/ink supplies either through HP directly online or OfficeDepot.  At some point I received black ink (410X)  cartridges in  generic white boxes.  It's been awhile since I ordered them, but I pulled one out to use it, and wondered if I was sent a counterfeit product?  If not, why the generic box and is that still in use now?
