Hello,
I recently purchased HP cartridges 933XL from an online shop to replace one of my empty ink cartridges. However, upon opening the package, I noticed that the new cartridge looked different from the one I had previously. Specifically, the new cartridge did not have an embossed HP logo on it, whereas my old one did.
The seller insisted that the cartridge was genuine, even without the HP logo embossed on it. However, I was under the impression that all genuine HP cartridges should have an embossed HP logo on them.
Could you please advise me if there are any original HP cartridges that do not have an HP logo embossed on them?

Thank you for being so helpful. I failed to follow the guidelines for Genuine HP Cartridges. I couldn't determine the holographic features due to my poor eyesight, and even after scanning the QR Code, it showed as genuine. The only evidence I had to prove that it wasn't genuine was the embossed HP logo on the cartridge and a message from my printer's home screen stating that it was not genuine. Finally, the seller admitted that it was not genuine and agreed to process the refund. Thank you very much for your assistance.
