My toner went low for the black and bought a brand new Genuine HP cartridge in box 202a and installed it only to get the error message "Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-hp chip, more at ....". Thinking I had a bad cartridge, returned at the store for another one, again HP box, packaging etc. Same problem. Now I can't use my printer. Firmware Datecode: 20221010. I also verified the hologram as an authentic cartridge with the HP service link.
What are the solutions?
