My HP Deskjet 1515 printer is not accepting the genuine HP ink cartridge, saying that it is incompatible with the printer. I was replacing my used ink cartridges (both black and tricolor, region code 650) with fresh one of the same region codes. The tricolor ink cartridge is accepted but the black cartridge is not, saying that it is not compatible with the printer, the weird thing is that the older black 650 ink cartridge (which I taken out for replacing it) is also not recognized by the printer. After trying the reset procedure for printer in the HP support website, now both cartridges are not recognized by the printer saying that both of them are incompatible. My printer uses 650 ink cartridges, and it worked just fine earlier. For some time, I didn't use the printer and I decided to replace the old cartridges, I also tried cleaning out the contacts of the cartridges as well as the contact points inside the printer, I also removed and reinstalled the cartridges. I'm at my wits end. I hope that someone will provide me a solution to it
