Product: HP DESKJET 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I bought the printer it had 2 sets of set up ink cartridges 2 BW and 2 Tri color.
I am now fully subscribed cloud enabled instant ink subscribed etc etc
However today the Black stopped printing [ran out]. Popped in one of the other new OE sealed setups THAT CAME BOXED WITH IT SAME NUMBERS set up ON IT. 'Not Compatible' faffed about for a while swapping around but NO.
Put the new one supplied as the welcome pack all okay swapped back to the old OK swapped to OE from box NOT COMPATIBLE.
