Hi @LouCC,
Please find the next steps below.
6. Try Another Cartridge
- Use a Different Cartridge: If possible, try using another new yellow cartridge to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the cartridge or the printer.
7. Align the Printhead
- Printer Control Panel: Use the printer control panel to access the maintenance menu.
- Align Printhead: Select the option to align the printhead. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with your HP Officejet Pro 8710 All-In-One printer indicating an empty yellow cartridge. If the problem persists, contact the phone support for further assistance.
