Just installed brand new 950xl and 951 cartridges from Best Buy and printer giving 'There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, the on. If problem persists, contact HP". Printer was working before new cartridges. Thoughts?

Having the same issue.  Put in one new cartridge & doing the same thing.  Went thru troubleshooting info from HP.com with no luck.  And after that, now I’m getting a message:  “The print carriage cannot move. Open the ink, cartridge, access, access door, clear, any paper, jam, or obstruction, and select OK.”

Tried that with no luck. 
HELP!!!!!
