Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm having issues with my less than 1 year old HP laser printer, it's printing a ghost of anything it prints, texts or graphic. See attached photo, the top part is the actual image printed, which will always have a ghost image appear about 7.5 inches below it

 

Can I know how to fix it?
