E82650

Hello HP community I have a E82650 which has a ghosted image when we scan duplex only  but not simplex , any ideas as to how I can fix this I already swapped out the ADF Document_250916_151207-images-0.jpg

Typically ghosting when duple scanning is caused by read through, where the front scanner picks up some image from the back of the page. If you increase the background clean up number it will be less likely to do this.

How can we change this on the panel without accessing the service access page. We need to set the background cleanup in the service access menu from the control panel
