Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with text printing with a ghost/shadow image, so that it looks blurred. I have run the relevant test pages and cleaned the print heads, but the issue remains.

This problem has only started since I installed a new black ink cartridge.

I would be grateful for any help in curing this problem.
