Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

For some time now, I can no longer print my documents in color, only in grayscale.
The cartridges are not empty.
A color photocopy is in color.
Only documents are no longer printed in colour.
This issue occurs in Windows 11 and 10.
But on Linux Mint everything is ok.
Would you know the solution please?

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

Hello,

When I click on your link, it tells me that HPPSdr can't be downloaded securely and so the download is blocked.
I use Microsoft Edge as my browser.
