I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. When printing in color, the green ink comes out yellow and the blue ink comes out pink. I have cleaned the printheads multiple times, aligned the printer, and checked the vents on the cartridges. This partially improved the problem where green and blue ink print, but not for the whole document. I still get yellow and pink on half of the document. What else can I do to fix this problem?

I understand you are facing a missing black issue
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge/printhead failure.
If the error persists,
