Hello

 

I am able to get the correct shade of green color when I print my document using the HP M477 color printer, however, when I print the same file with the HP M775 and M750 color printers, the green turns blue.

 

All 3 printers (M477, M750 & M775) are using the genuine HP toners therefore I'm not sure why M750 and M775 can't print the correct shade of green.

 

Additional information

1-The printer has been calibrated.

2- Cleaning pages have been taken

3- Minimum 60% toner remaining in both color sets (650 & 651 color set)

4-I scanned the printer with HP Scan Doctor, however the print quality remained unchanged after the scan.

 

Could you please tell me what I need to do?
