Someone tried to change the toner in the printer and now it makes a grinding noise when the toner cartridge is inserted. If I leave the cartridge in, the noise stops after about a minute. When I send a print job, it starts grinding again and the paper gets jammed. I don't know what they did. I've tried to look inside for a broken piece of plastic or something blocking a gear. I've tried a new toner cartridge.

Hello, thank you for your assistance.
-The printer is an HP Laserjet pro M402DNE.
-The issue is present when printing from any/all applications, outlook, word, excel.
-The printer worked fine one June 10, 2024. The grinding started and I had to set the printer to the side until I had time to trouble shoot the issue.
-The most recent change - I moved the printer to a different desk, another person tried to change the toner cartridge.
-I am using a Windows Pc.
