I have an HP Laser Jet Pro M254dw, the printer was working fine until I replaced the black toner cartridge, after I changed it all I get are blank pages, not a trace of any toner whatsoever. Someone said it could be a defective cartridge so I bought another black and still blank pages. I put the old cartridge back in to see what happens since I was printing fine before I changed it but still blank pages.
I tried printing from different programs, blank pages. I tried to print reports from the printer and a demo page but still blank pages.
The cartridges are probably good, changing one should not effect the other 3, so I’m looking for some suggestions of what other part may be causing the problem.
I should also mention that I removed all software from the computer and went to reinstall it, it does install the software but at the end I get a message that there is no internet connection when there is in fact internet, why is it telling me there is no internet connection when there is? It does this if I install from download from HP site and also if I use the installation cd.
I appreciate any help out there.
