HELP! why is this even a thing! how is our printer 4 yrs old, not printing the colors what is shown on our graphics?
just inserted all new HP ink cartridges as well. this happens time to time and now its taking our transparent image an re adding the background to it! LOL This is such a joke!

- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was printing in color or working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
