I AM FROM EGYPT AND MOVED TO MALAYSIA AND CONNOT FIND CATRIDGE 650 BUT IN MALAYSIA I CAN ONLY 678. SO HOW CAN I CHANGE REGION OF MY HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 3515?
