Hi @JOAIRK57 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to check the level on your computer Unfortunately, the HP Photosmart C6380 printer doesn't offer the functionality to check ink levels directly from your computer through Windows 11. While some HP printers display ink levels on the software interface, this model relies on the printer control panel for that information.
Here are two ways to check your ink levels:
Using the Printer Control Panel:
- Turn on your printer and make sure it's idle.
- Press the Setup button on the control panel.
- Use the down arrow to navigate to Tools and press OK.
- Scroll down using the down arrow to Display Estimated Ink Levels and press OK.
- The printer will display estimated ink levels for each cartridge.
Using HP Solution Center (Optional):
- Download and install the HP Solution Center software for your printer from the HP website if you haven't already.
- Connect your printer to your computer and ensure it's turned on.
- Open the HP Solution Center application.
- Click on the Settings tab and select Estimated Ink Levels.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
