Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One Printer from Bahrain. I was using hp 650 catridge there, Now i moved back to India and this catridge is not available here.I found from net that the compatible catridge is hp 678.but since my printer is out of warranty period the hp support is not assisting me in the online software update for regionalization of my printer.

it would be of immense help if anyone could provide the fix for this .

HP Recommended

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here.
