i purchased ink and it was defectve. they replaced it with more defective ink! i have been trying to make a formal complaint because, i contacted hp store each time the ink was defective. this second time i requested my money refunded, that never happed. i have contacted them at least once aweek since i got the defective ink they sent me in october. they have neglected to pick up the defective ink, call me back, escalate the issue as i was told they would ect ect.... now i want to make a formal complaint and there is no where on the website to do so, and when i speak to the customer service reps. that was suppose to escalete this no one has done it or placed or given me case numbers for my complaints or concerns. is there anyone out there that knows how i can get this resolved, because at this point i still want my refund or a credit placed on my account period!!! i use my printer for business as well as personal. i was forced to purchase another printer because of their neglect of my case and or concerns. i need help immediately.
