I added a new laser ink cartridge to my HP 1001 Neverstop Printer and the yellow light is on saying I have no toner and I am unable to print. I unplugged the power cord and power then plugged back in and the light is still on. Frustrating. Any suggestions Thanks.

@Rachel375, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP Neverstop Laser 1001 printer is indicating no toner and not allowing you to print even after replacing the cartridge, you may need to reload the toner using a Toner Reload Kit. Follow these detailed steps:
- Turn on your printer.
- Shake the Toner Reload Kit for at least ten seconds to loosen the toner.
- Slide open the reload port cover.
- Remove the cap and ring from the Toner Reload Kit.
- Insert the Toner Reload Kit into the reload port, and then rotate it clockwise 180 degrees or until it stops.
Note: If the Toner Reload indicator is not white, a Toner Reload Kit cannot be added at this time.
- Push the plunger down until it clicks.
If the plunger does not go down all the way, pull it up, and then push it down again.
- Rotate the Toner Reload Kit counterclockwise 180 degrees, lift it out of the port, and then recycle it.
- Close the reload port cover.
- Once you reload the toner, the Ready light blinks for 30 to 50 seconds. Wait until the Ready light is solid before sending a print job.
If you face any issues such as the plunger not going down or being unable to remove the Toner Reload Kit, you might need to:
- Check for debris in the reload port, and remove it if necessary.
- Ensure the cap and ring are removed from the Toner Reload Kit.
