I've bought 107w printer from Russia and it worked fine with its default toner cartridge (107A)
I didn't find 107A cartridges here and bought 106A (which is officially compatible) which fails to work with 'Invalid Toner' error (error C2-1510)

Your printer might need a region reset. I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
