Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP 251 dw gives a printer failure message when I put in the last cartridge, no matter which one. I replaced two brand new sets of cartridges, the result is the same. I have performed all the procedures described in HP support to deal with the problem, several times, but no result.
