The right side of the pages has a blotchy/faded area.  They appear in all colors.  What is causing it, and what do I need to fix it?Blotch in blue circlesBlotch in blue circles

One of your cartridges has an issue, Check the menus on the control panel and see if you have the option to print a print quality test page set. This will show you which cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced.

Here is the print quality test page.  It looks like all colors are doing it.  I did some research on my own and think it may be the immediate transfer belt.  Can they be cleaned or do they have to be replaced?  I checked online but only found a few people selling them.  Any ideas?
