Product: HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot find the option to clean the heads/cartridges any more.  Print scan doctor does not have it, pereferences settings properties do not have it. what do i do?

Kindly download and install the HP Smart app to manage the printer.

Download this app from the Microsoft Store.

 

For more info on the app, refer to - HP printer setup (HP Smart app)
