Hi @Jeffers5

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the details. I understand that your HP 2600 is not printing even after you have already cleaned and aligned the printheads, and I appreciate the effort you’ve taken with those steps.

To guide you further, could you confirm the exact model of your printer that you are using (for example, DeskJet 2600, Ink Advantage 2600, etc.)? It will help us provide precise steps. Also, please let me know:

  • From which source/device are you sending the print command (Windows PC, macOS, mobile via HP App, etc.)?
  • Do you see any error messages or codes on the printer or in the HP App when the print fails?

In the meantime, here are some basic checks you can perform:

  • Ensure the cartridges are properly seated and the protective tape (if new) has been removed.
  • Verify that the printer is powered on and connected (USB or wireless) to the device you are printing from.
  • Try printing a Test Page directly from the HP App to confirm if the issue occurs outside of normal print jobs.
  • Check the paper tray and ensure paper is loaded correctly, as misfeeds can sometimes cause blank pages.

Once you share the model details, source of the print command, and any error messages, we can proceed with the exact HP‑recommended troubleshooting steps. Would you like to start by confirming the model variant and the source device?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
