I am trying to clean the ink jet heads on my HP 2700 series inkjet printer. I have to use the HP Smart app to run this printer. I go to where in need to in the HP and when I do it stated your not in a safe area and your privacy is into secure. It won't go past the warning so I am unable to cleAn the heads. What can i do to fix this?
