Product: Envy 4500

Hello!

 

Today I had to change the ink cartridge on HP Envy 4500. I've bought just the original HP 302 (black). The package says that it should work with HP Envy 4500 but it doesn't work. After closing the printer the display says "incompatible cartridge".

My (empty ) HP 301XL is accepted by the printer so it cannot be a problem with the printer.

 

What can I do in order to use the HP 302?
