Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Minha impressora esta acusando cartucho preto incompatível, mas ele é novo e original.

 

 Fiz limpeza mecânica, de cartuchos e e alinhamento.

 

Alguma dica? Pode ser na impressora o problema?
