Product: HP Ink Tank 316

HP 316 ink tubes empty and Yellow not printing please help prim.  I Tried cleaning head etc kept my printer unused for a month or so now the tubes are empty and yellow ink is full but not printing

I see that you are facing an issue with one of the colors not printing on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
