My HP wireless 419 is printing in black and pink/magenta only. The diagnostic report shows blank for Cyan and Yellow but I do have the ink in all 4 tanks ( Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow). Tried cleaning the prinheads several times using the HP Smart app but its of no help.
Can someone please suggest the next steps.

@ykkspring, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If you are experiencing issues with your HP wireless 419 printer wherein it is only printing in black and magenta/pink and the diagnostic report indicates problems with cyan and yellow, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:
Use Genuine HP Ink Cartridges: Make sure you are using genuine HP ink supplies. Non-genuine cartridges may cause print quality issues and might not be resolved with normal troubleshooting steps. If you have non-HP cartridges, consider replacing them with genuine HP ones.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report: Ensure you have printed a Print Quality Diagnostic Page to help further identify the print problem. This will show if the issue is indeed with the printheads or other components.
Check Ink Levels: Confirm that the ink cartridges are adequately filled, and the ink levels are represented correctly by the printer's ink level indicator.
Manual Cleaning of Printheads: Sometimes, automated tools do not resolve severe clogging issues. Carefully remove and manually clean the printheads according to HP's guidelines, ensuring to prevent damage.
Replace Faulty Printheads: If after multiple cleaning attempts the issue persists, it might be necessary to replace the printheads associated with the missing colors (cyan and yellow) if they are malfunctioning.
