Hi there,

 

I've cleaned the print heads on my HP Envy 4500. It has a new colour ink cartridge, genuine HP cartridges, and black although low is still printing 100% quality.

The printer report after the head cleaning comes out with issues. The primary colours print fine, but the mixed colours (purple, green, red) are coming out with pixels of different colours. The red and green just have pixels of a lighter shade, whilst the purple has pixels of a lighter shade of purple, as well as blue and red.

 

I've also attempted a printer alignment, figuring that might be the issue, however when I attempt to scan it, it simply gives me a message that it failed.

The Print Quality report comes out with missing sections in the blue vertical lines at the top, as well as item 11 Pen Alignment Status: Fail.

 

Is there anything further I can attempt to have it working well again?
