HP 5250 all in one printer

I replaced the black ink cartridge in my HP Photosmart 5250 All-In-One Printer.  The orange exclamation point is flashing and the screen says "Refer to printer documentation"  The printer will not work.  I don't have any documentation.  Anyone know how I can get it to work?

Received replacement ink and it was wrong size and doesn’t fit.  I just want to talk to someone to help identify how i

can get another one with correct size
