Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've a 5255 All in One which has been working great. Just had to install a new black ink (63XL) cartridge. After install, the printer is now printing every other line on a page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer; run the clean cartridge tool; unplugged it and plugged it back in; and cleaned the electrical contacts on both the ink cartridge and the carriage. Still prints every other line. I'm about tapped out... Help!

Update FIRMWARE.

 

And if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer.
