Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got color ink cartridge #61 Tri-color for my Envy 5530 and when installed it, I am getting incompatible cartridges.  I followed all the instructions in the document without success.

We understand the issue with cartridges giving an error message that it's incompatible.

 

Are you using HP Geniun ink cartridges?

 

Where using instant ink?

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

Use an alternate ink cartridge if available to check if the issue is with the new ink cartridge or the printer. 

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
