HP Recommended

I have an Envy 6032e printer which i got black and tri colour replacement ink for. The HP site and various other say #67 is compatible. The printer came with #305 cartridges which i have not replaced to date due to limited use.

Putting in the #67 I get an error that these cartridges are not compatible. If i swap back to the empty #305 no errors. 

Tried everything but cannot make them work/bypass the error.

What can i do to fix this?

Printer i got while living in the UK but i am now living in Australia.
