Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased several HP 62 ink cartridges, both tri-color and black, directly from HP in February 2023.  At least 4 of them lack cyan and some also lack yellow, and have been identified by the printer and the HP website as "counterfeit."  They were purchased from the HP online store! The warranty is April and June 2024 and at least one says it was made in Malaysia.  How do I return these under warranty? What other remedy is there?
