I purchased a HP 62XL black ink cartridge from Walmart.  I brought it home.  Installed in my printer and received an error that it could not recognize the cartridge.  I put the old one back in and that worked without issue.  I went to Walmart to obtain another HP 62XL black ink cartridge and that worked without any issues.  I go to return the defective cartridge and Walmart is not able to refund me my money.  HP PM me a ticket number so I can call customer service and send back the defective cartridge and get my money back.  Thanks for your support.

Hello, the reply appears to be an automated reply.  Please re-read the issue as I am out $50+ dollars for a defective HP ink cartridge.
