I installed an HP 63XL black ink cartridge recently (within last month or so).  The print quality is suddenly blotchy in spots.  I used "clean cartridges" and "clean page smears" a number of times.  I've also taken out the cartridge and cleaned it according to your instructions.  None of this helped.  The warranty date on the cartridge is 2022/11/12.  How do I get a warranty replacement for this cartridge?
