I have had issues with this printer and ink cartridges since I bought this printer almost 3 years ago.  In that time I have gotten 2 replacements.  The problems always happen when the printer hasn't been used for a while.   I chat with tech support and they come to the conclusion it is the printer and even new cartridges that are still under warranty.  Now that it is out of warranty the only  option is to call and the wait is usually long.  Last Saturday(Oct 1) I tried to print something and the quality was horrible.  I ran the cartridge alignment and that didn't help.  I ran 3 different cleaning cycles and it only got worse.  The cartridges are both over half full.  I tried all of the other recommended steps I found on the support page and still nothing so today I installed brand new cartridges and it prints like it should so I am suspecting clogged nozzles on the cartridges since it had been over a week since I last printed.  I called HP and gave them the part number and expiration date.  Both cartridges expire in June and September 2023.  I was told they are no longer under warranty?  These cartidges were bought less than a year ago.  How can they be out of warranty?
