I installed a new 65XL Tri-color cartridge that I had been keeping new-in-box for several months. When I printed the colors did not look right. I cleaned the cartridge using the 2600 series Printer Assistant software and printed the test page, and the cyan color was missing. Yellow and Magenta look fine. No cyan color is coming out. Office Depot would not take it back because they said it was over 30 days. How can I get a replacement for this defective cartridge from HP?
