I replaced all four cartridges, all new HP.   I have singled out that the Cyan cartridge, when installed, causes the "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on" error.    

 

What could be the issue?   I no longer have the old cartridge to try and insert.   I have gone through the troubleshooting steps of turning on and off, unplugging, plugging in, and also taking out the cartridge and cleaning the contacts.  Anything else I should try?

I'm not sure what contacting support can do, it is out of warranty and I have gone through all troubleshooting steps that I could read in this forum.  Perhaps you can help in another way however.  I purchased all new HP printer cartridges for this printer and now the printer doesn't work.  Not a single page of ink and all new cartridges.  Would you suggest a current printer that uses the exact same cartridges?  Perhaps I could buy a new one.
